Despite its compact dimensions, the Katana-Air delivers a high-quality, full-bodied sound. Equipped with professional amplifier sounds and effects from the performance models of the Katana series, the Katana-Air offers premium sounds for guitar music of any style. To enhance the wireless playing experience even further, the sounds can be edited and managed completely wirelessly via a dedicated app. You can also stream songs from your smartphone and jam along. The innovative Katana Air and your favorite guitar - an inspiring and comfortable combination for casual playing in any situation.

In contrast to the smaller Katana Air, the EX version offers 35W (instead of 30W), a wooden housing and premium leather handle,  2 x 5" speakers (2 x 3"), is noticeably larger with  41.4 x 19.2 x 23.6 cm 5.6 kg (35 x 14.4 x 18.1 cm 2.2 kg), has a line out stereo jack output, can also be operated with 8 AA batteries and is also compatible with an optional rechargeable battery/power pack for battery-free mobility. Sound generation, effects and app operation are identical in both versions. With the EX, it is possible to use delay and reverb simultaneously.
